The problem
Marketing had hundreds of thousands of leads and no realistic way to follow up by hand. Existing tools didn't do the WhatsApp side properly.
What I did
Node.js and Laravel talking to the WhatsApp HTTP API, a broadcast engine that paces itself, and reply flows that handle the common questions so people only step in when it matters.
