The problem

Campus content was run through group chats and spreadsheets. Whoever had the password posted it, usually late, and nobody could say what was going out next week.

What I did

Posts are written once and queued for their time slot, so nothing depends on someone being awake. Roles separate drafting from publishing, and a calendar answers the “what's next week” question.
