The problem
Marketing, finance and file management each lived in a different tool. Data didn't line up, people re-typed the same numbers, and decisions waited on someone's spreadsheet.
What I did
A Next.js front end on a Laravel API, with WebSockets pushing changes to everyone who has the page open. Broadcasts and heavy jobs run on Redis queues so the app never stalls, and assets come straight from Google Drive.
