03Best Fit
People usually come to me because
01
They have no website yet
Prospects search for the company name and find nothing, or only a social profile.
02
The old site is slow and fragile
It was built years ago, it's full of plugins, and nobody dares touch it.
03
The last developer disappeared
They still hold the domain and hosting logins, and a one-photo change takes weeks.
04
The renewal bill keeps growing
Year one was cheap. Year two cost far more than anyone mentioned.

05Architecture
Why a static site costs almost nothing to run
A static site is built before anyone visits it. There is no database or server that has to stay up, so it can live on a free static host such as Cloudflare Pages or Vercel, under an account in your name.
Once it's live, the only running cost is your domain renewal. You won't have a hosting plan to renew or a surprise bill in year two.
The trade-off: there's no admin panel. You send me changes instead. The first three small updates in the first year are free, then from $90 a request. If you want to edit things yourself every week, pick a CMS package.
06Terms & Ownership
Terms that protect you
01
Pay in two halves
50% to start, 50% after you've reviewed the finished site and approved it. You never pay in full for something you haven't seen.
02
Every account is yours
The domain is registered in your name. After the final payment you get the domain login, the hosting account, the source code and admin access. I keep nothing back.
03
3-month bug warranty
If anything we agreed on stops working as it should within 3 months of launch, I fix it for free. New features and design changes aren't covered, and the quote says so up front.
04
3 free small updates
New text, a photo swap, a colour or layout tweak, any time in the first year. After that, from $90 a request, agreed before I start.
05
No blank lines in the quote
The written quote lists everything I'll do and what it costs, with up to 2 rounds of small revisions per stage. Anything outside it gets discussed first, never billed quietly.
07Handover
What you receive at handover
- The domain, registered in your name, with its login
- The hosting or deploy account, in your name
- The full source code
- Admin access, for CMS packages
- Access to the Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Search Console I set up
- Rights to the work, in a written contract
08How It Works
From first message to launch
- 01
Tell me what you need
Email or WhatsApp me about the business and what the site has to do. It's free and you're not committing to anything.
- 02
Written quote
Within a day you get the scope, a fixed price and a timeline. The quote stays valid for 14 days.
- 03
Deposit and content
The clock starts once the 50% deposit and your content (logo, photos, text) are in.
- 04
Preview on your own phone
You get a live preview link to open on your own devices, not just screenshots.
- 05
Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of small changes per stage. You have 5 working days to send notes.
- 06
Final payment and handover
Once you approve, you pay the second half. The site goes live and every login is handed to you.
For companies and institutions
You get a written quote, a contract and proper invoices. Bilingual sites are routine for me: STEKOM International runs in English and Indonesian with real content in both.

09Who Builds It
Who you'd be working with
I'm Andika Dwi Saputra, a full-stack developer in Semarang, Indonesia. My day job is building systems for Toploker.com and Universitas STEKOM, from a job portal to a bilingual university site. I scored 800 on the TOEIC and work in English every day with STEKOM's international office.
Freelance work I do myself, with no account manager in between. The person answering your email is the person writing the code.
10FAQ
Questions people ask
Can our team update the content?
Yes, with a CMS package. Your team gets an admin panel for articles, projects and galleries.
Can the site be in two languages?
Yes, like STEKOM International. The cost depends on the number of pages and goes in the quote.
Can you move content from our old site?
Yes. Send me the old site's address and I'll include it in the quote.
What happens after the 3-month warranty?
The site is still yours and keeps running. Fixes or changes are paid per request from $90, or you can take monthly maintenance.
Whose name is the domain in?
Yours, or your company's.
Will you get me to page one of Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. I set up the groundwork: page titles and descriptions, clean headings, a sitemap and pages that load fast. Rankings still depend on your market and your content.
