05Architecture
Why a static site costs almost nothing to run
A static site is built before anyone visits it. There is no database or server that has to stay up, so it can live on a free static host such as Cloudflare Pages or Vercel, under an account in your name.
Once it's live, the only running cost is your domain renewal. You won't have a hosting plan to renew or a surprise bill in year two.
The trade-off: there's no admin panel. You send me changes instead. The first three small updates in the first year are free, then from $90 a request. If you want to edit things yourself every week, pick a CMS package.

Terms that protect you

Pay in two halves
50% to start, 50% after you've reviewed the finished site and approved it. You never pay in full for something you haven't seen.

Every account is yours
The domain is registered in your name. After the final payment you get the domain login, the hosting account, the source code and admin access. I keep nothing back.

3-month bug warranty
If anything we agreed on stops working as it should within 3 months of launch, I fix it for free. New features and design changes aren't covered, and the quote says so up front.

3 free small updates
New text, a photo swap, a colour or layout tweak, any time in the first year. After that, from $90 a request, agreed before I start.

No blank lines in the quote
The written quote lists everything I'll do and what it costs, with up to 2 rounds of small revisions per stage. Anything outside it gets discussed first, never billed quietly.

Within a day you get the scope, a fixed price and a timeline. The quote stays valid for 14 days.

Deposit and content
The clock starts once the 50% deposit and your content (logo, photos, text) are in.

Preview on your own phone
You get a live preview link to open on your own devices, not just screenshots.

Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of small changes per stage. You have 5 working days to send notes.

Final payment and handover
Once you approve, you pay the second half. The site goes live and every login is handed to you.

Freelance work I do myself, with no account manager in between. The person answering your email is the person writing the code.

Questions people ask
How much does a website cost?
Landing pages start at $490, company websites of 2–5 pages at $990, and larger corporate sites at $1,490. The final price depends on pages and features, and it's fixed in the written quote before you pay anything.
Are the domain and hosting included?
No, so you can keep a domain you already own. A static site needs nothing else, because static hosting is free. CMS sites need a server, and I quote hosting with the project.
What does it cost after launch?
For a static site, only your domain renewal. For a CMS site, the domain and hosting. Monthly maintenance is optional: $25 a month for static sites, $50 for CMS sites.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, with a CMS package. Static sites have no admin panel, so changes go through me: three free in the first year, then from $90 each.
How long does it take?
Landing pages take 2–5 working days and company websites 1–3 weeks, counted from when the deposit and your content arrive.
Is the deposit refundable?
Not once work has started. That's why you get the full written quote first, so you can decide before paying.
Will you get me to page one of Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. I set up the groundwork: page titles and descriptions, clean headings, a sitemap and pages that load fast. Rankings still depend on your market and your content.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. I'm on UTC+7 (Jakarta time) and work in English. Calls, previews and handover all happen online, and your written quote arrives within a day.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do. After the final payment the work and its source code are yours. I may show the project in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
